What You Will Do:
- Lead assessments and recommendations for major adaptations, including home modifications to improve accessibility and safety.
- Work closely with local authority teams, clients, and other professionals to ensure adaptations meet individual needs and statutory requirements.
- Provide professional advice and reports for clients, managers, and relevant stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Manage a caseload independently, demonstrating sound clinical reasoning, prioritisation, and organisation.
- Uphold the highest professional standards, ensuring compliance with HCPC regulations and local authority policies.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration is essential.
- Must have recent local authority experience.
- Proven experience in major adaptations OT.
- Full driving licence required to travel between client sites.
