The Role
As Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
·Processing sales orders accurately
·Raising and processing sales invoices
·Handling stock control queries
·Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries
·Providing general administrative support to the team
·Assisting with additional office duties as the business continues to grow

About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, has excellent attention to detail and is confident working in a busy office environment.

You'll ideally have:
·Previous experience in an Office Administrator or similar administration role
·Strong IT skills and confidence using business systems
·Good numeracy skills
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
·A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
·The ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team
·A positive, flexible approach and willingness to support colleagues where needed
