Pay: £12.74 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (rotating shifts)
6am – 2pm
2pm – 10pm
Sometimes 8am – 5pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
About the Job
We are looking for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Rochdale. This is a practical, hands-on role helping to make and prepare products. Full training can be provided.
You’ll be working in a clean and organised factory with the chance to get a permanent job.
Main Duties
Assembling and bonding parts together
Preparing materials by sanding and finishing products
Checking products for quality
Helping the production team meet daily targets
Keeping the work area clean and safe
Following health & safety rules
What We’re Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or similar work is helpful
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Able to work alone and as part of a team
Flexible to work rotating shifts
