Technical Data Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Technical Data Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career or looking to move into a technical or data-focused role.

You’ll support the Technical team by keeping product information accurate, organised, and up to date across our systems.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

* Entering and updating product information in company systems

* Maintaining records such as product details, specifications, and labels

* Supporting the creation and updating of documents and instructions

* Organising and uploading technical drawings and files

* Assisting different teams (Technical, Quality, Operations, Marketing) with data requests

* Helping to keep documentation accurate and easy to access

* Good attention to detail and accuracy

* Basic IT skills (Excel and data entry)

* Well organised and able to manage your time

* Willingness to learn and develop new skills

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* 37.5 hours per week
