Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Loughborough (Bishop Meadow Road) - Hybrid available post-training (3 days office / 2 days home)
Pay Rate: £13.50/hr (£25,000 per annum equivalent)
Contract: 12-Month Contract (Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri)
About the Role:
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Administrative Assistantin our European Regulatory Affairs team. You will support global regulatory compliance, compile technical documentation, and help manage product lifecycles across international markets. You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and supplier teams to facilitate product launches and maintain global approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile technical documentation and review global regulatory requirements.
Maintain compliance documentation, regulatory databases, and submission systems.
Support product registrations and post-market compliance activities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth product launches.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
Experience: No prior experience required; background in regulatory submissions or documentation management is advantageous.
Skills: Strong technical writing, organizational abilities, attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
