Loading Shovel Operator / 360 Grab – Cardiff (CF37)

£18.43 Umbrella PAYE • 48 hrs/week • Temp to Perm • Immediate Start

Strata Talent Group are recruiting an experienced Loading Shovel / 360 Grab Operator for a busy waste‑management site in Cardiff.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 06:00–16:00

Pay: £18.43 Umbrella PAYE

Contract: Temp to Perm

Start: ASAP

Role Duties

• Operating loading shovel & 360 material handler

• Inspecting incoming waste loads

• Feeding picking line

• Daily pre‑use checks & defect reporting

• Working safely around moving vehicles

• Housekeeping & maintaining site cleanliness

Requirements

• Experience operating mobile plant in waste/recycling/industrial environment

• Valid Loading Shovel / 360 Material Rehandler certification

• Strong health & safety awareness

• Ability to work as part of a team • Willingness to undertake training
