Start Date: September 2026
Location: Fulham, London
Position: Room Leader
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday with varied shift patterns
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Benefits Include

Lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education
Support, motivate, and mentor Early Years Practitioners within the room
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Monitor children's learning and development, ensuring accurate observations and assessmentsThe Ideal Candidate Will
Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or above)
Have previous experience working as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to step up
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
