A well-established and growing law firm in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding Residential Property team.
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
- Providing excellent client care and maintaining regular communication throughout transactions
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, brokers, and other third parties
- Progressing matters efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements
- Building and maintaining strong professional and client relationships
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and professional approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office
