In this role, you will lead and develop an income team, maximising rental income, reducing arrears and supporting residents to sustain their tenancies.
Duties:
Lead and manage the Income Team, including performance, training and development.
Oversee rent collection, arrears recovery and legal action.
Monitor performance, reporting and income collection targets.
Build partnerships to support tenancy sustainment and maximise income.Qualifications and Experience:
Experience managing and developing staff in a performance-focused environment.
Experience in social housing, income management or rent arrears recovery.
Experience managing complex cases and supporting vulnerable residents.
Experience working with housing legislation, welfare benefits and external partners.What's on offer:
Salary: £36ph

Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
