The Role:
* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across your year groups
* Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
* Providing targeted support to pupils with additional needs, including those with ADHD, Autism, and social/emotional challenges
* Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and school initiatives
* Managing classroom behaviour and supervising students during breaks, activities, and transitions
* Encouraging pupil engagement, independence, and confidence in their learning journey
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience teaching children or young people in a school setting
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to classroom management and pupil support
* A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous professional development and growth
Essential Requirements:
* Passion for inspiring and empowering young learners
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* A current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
