An established and professional financial services business is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its office-based team. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive environment where you will play a key role in keeping client records, administration processes and adviser support activity running smoothly. The role would suit someone from a professional services background, ideally with experience in an IFA or financial planning firm, although wider office-based experience will also be considered.
Your new role

Support advisers and colleagues with the smooth running of client administration processes.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is updated across internal systems.
Assist with onboarding new clients and processing new business applications.
Build positive relationships with clients, providers and third parties, acting as a key point of contact.
Help coordinate the collection and management of client and provider documentation.
Support regulatory and compliance activities to ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
Produce professional correspondence and documentation for clients and providers.
Contribute to a collaborative office environment by supporting wider administrative and operational activities.
Use business systems and databases to manage information efficiently and accurately.What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience within a professional services environment.
Experience within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning firm would be highly advantageous.
Knowledge of Intelliflo Office would be beneficial but is not essential.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients, providers and colleagues.
Comfortable using business systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling client information and records.
A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to support different areas of the business.What you'll get in return
You will receive a permanent opportunity with a salary of £30,000+, dependent on experience. The role is fully office-based, with flexible start times between 8:00am and 9:30am, as well as on-site parking. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their administration experience within a professional, client-focused financial services setting.
