Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Primary Supply Across a Sheffield Multi-Academy Trust

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our supply team, working across a welcoming and supportive Trust of primary schools in Sheffield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience across a range of year groups and school settings while building your confidence and developing your teaching practice. The role offers a varied workload, including Teaching Assistant (TA), Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and class teaching responsibilities, depending on the needs of the schools and your experience.

The Role

Work across a network of friendly and inclusive primary schools within the Trust.
Deliver engaging lessons when covering teaching responsibilities.
Support pupils as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA where required.
Adapt to different classroom environments and year groups.
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders.
Enjoy the flexibility of supply while gaining invaluable experience.

We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an ECT due to complete training.
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to working in schools.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team.
