Your key duties in this Legal Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
Providing administrative support to the Legal Team during a busy year-end period
Assisting with property and conveyancing administration, including filing, title checks, exchanges and completions
Supporting Conveyancers with their caseloads and general legal processes
Assisting with post-completion administration, including Land Registry and SDLT processes
Carrying out AML checks and maintaining accurate records
Responding to enquiries and requests from customers and property owners
Updating and maintaining information using the company's case management systemSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Strong previous administration experience is essential
Previous experience within conveyancing, property or a legal environment would be highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Confident working as part of a team and supporting multiple colleagues
