You will be involved in transforming customer requirements into robust technical designs and successful network deployments.
Essential Technical Expertise
* Fortinet NSE 7 / FCE level ability
* CCNP (preferably SP) or equivalent (JNCIS /JNCIP)
* L3 VPN's network design and
* Implementation
* Cisco ASA Firewalls or Palo Alto Firewalls
* Juniper SRX firewalls
* WAN Network Design
* Strong BGP routing skills
* LAN Network Design
* Knowledge of QoS and deployment
* Network Monitoring systems (Solarwinds)
* Consultancy experience (eliciting customer requirements and producing network documentations)
Job responsibilities
* Assist in gathering customer requirements to prepare project plans and timescales of delivery.
* Work through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with project delivery requirements.
* Take ownership for technical delivery.
* Produce High Level and Low Level Network Design documentation.
* Carry out Network Project implementation tasks.
* Work closely with all departments to ensure project and service delivery meet customer expectations.
* Work closely with the Network Engineering Manager to assist in the continual development of the team.
