This is a great opportunity for someone with experience within CAT A fit-out or specialist interior packages, who is looking to join a busy contractor with a strong pipeline of work.
The Role
You’ll be involved across the full commercial lifecycle of projects, including:
Cost control and commercial reporting
Monthly valuations and applications for payment
Managing variations
Subcontractor procurement and account management
Preparing and maintaining CVRs
Reviewing contract documentation
Managing commercial risk
Supporting projects through to final account
Working closely with operational and project teams
The Ideal Candidate
Ideally, you’ll have Quantity Surveying experience within CAT A fit-out or specialist interiors, with exposure to packages such as:
Drylining
Ceilings
SFS
Doors / doorsets
Architectural steel
Raised access flooringExperience working for a specialist subcontractor would be particularly relevant, alongside good commercial knowledge and an understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts.
