The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and flexible individual to join the Facility Maintenance Team reporting to the Facilities Management Team Leader with responsibility for maintaining and supporting the effective smooth running of the Rawdon premises, building services and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work as required.
* Manage preventative maintenance schedules
* Carry out minor repairs to property, fixtures, fittings and equipment
* Management of contractors on the Rawdon site
* Involvement in new installations as required
* Responsible for induction and point of contact for contractors whilst working on site
* Address any minor internal issues for example blocked drains, toilets, minor spillages, replacement of light lamps etc.
* Follow set PPM procedures for fire detection systems
* Ensure that your activities comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
* Understanding of basic plumbing and mechanical systems
* Required to be flexible with working hours to rectify breakdowns as priorities and demands dictate.
* Support the Sheet Metal and other maintenance team as and when required.
* General ad hoc jobs as required
* Willingness to attend training to attain relevant qualifications as and when required
Job requirements
* Must hold a suitable recognised electrical qualification and experience.
* MEWP experience with IPAF licence (preferable but not essential as training will be given)
* Utilise the Building Management System (BMS) to control building HVAC and production plant processes
* FLT Licence (preferable but not essential as training will be given)
Training will be provided for the right applicant to develop the skills & knowledge required for the position.
39 hours per week from 7.00am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and from 7.00am to 2.30pm on Fridays with ½ hour for lunch each day
