Responsibilities:
Recording incoming payments.
Preparing and issuing invoices.
Processing client account statements.
Handling outbound payments to clients and contractors.
Setting up new customers and clients and archiving former records.
Updating and maintaining the accounts database with accuracy.
Conducting daily bank reconciliations with the accounts database.
Preparing and maintaining arrears reports.
Salary up to £28,000 DOE
