Full Time Photographer / Videographer (with Editing) | £32,000 to £37,000 | Manchester / North West
We are looking to recruit a full time Photographer / Videographer to join our team from 1st April.
We are based in Manchester and the North West, but this role involves regular travel across the UK and occasional work abroad. A significant portion of the calendar is weddings, which means frequent weekend work, particularly during peak season. It is fast paced, high energy and demanding at times, but it is also creative, rewarding and great fun with the right team around you.
This is a true hybrid role. You will be shooting both photography and video across different projects, and you will also be responsible for editing your own work. Strong editing ability is essential. We work primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro, so confidence in Premiere is highly preferred.
You will not be expected to shoot photography and video simultaneously on the same booking. However, we are looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable working in both disciplines and happy switching between them depending on the project.
The workload is heavily wedding focused, alongside commercial projects throughout the year. You will need to be confident leading shoots, managing clients on the day, and delivering polished final outputs.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Confident in both photography and videography
• A strong editor, ideally in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Comfortable with regular weekend work and travel
• Organised, reliable and calm under pressure
• Keen to be part of a long term, growing team
Salary range is £32,000 to £37,000 depending on experience and suitability.
This is a full time employed position with paid holiday, pension and structured time off in lieu for weekend work.
