CPL Life Sciences are recruiting for a Clinical Supplies Project Coordinator to work for a global market leading Pharmaceutical company. This role is hybrid just outside of Liverpool, with 2 days a week on site.
Roles requirements:
- 12 month contract
- £20 PAYE
- 1 stage interview process
- Must have experience with project coordination of clinical supplies, packaging or labelling
Role responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple clinical supplies packaging and labeling projects, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with study requirements.
- Develop and track detailed project schedules, coordinating availability of drug product, components, randomization files, and label text.
- Create, review, and approve packaging and labeling production orders; manage Bills of Materials and process orders in SAP.
- Execute SAP transactions (goods receipt/consumption, order conversions) and ensure compliance with IRO and Packaging Specifications.
- Compile batch documentation and collaborate with Quality Assurance to support release of clinical supplies.
- Oversee outsourced packaging and labeling activities, including vendor management, quotations, purchase orders, and production approvals.
- Ensure CGMP compliance, manage deviations and change controls, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
