Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:30am and 5:30pm
Pay Rate: £14.22 per hour

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join a well-established financial services organisation in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, supportive team where you'll play a key role in helping customers with their annuity and policy servicing enquiries.
This is a highly customer-focused role, with most of your day spent speaking to customers, so we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy telephone-based customer service and are passionate about creating positive customer experiences.
The Role
Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
* Supporting customers with policy servicing and annuity enquiries
* Delivering a professional, friendly and solution-focused customer experience
* Processing customer requests and updating records accurately
* Completing administration tasks linked to customer interactions
* Maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance at all times What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Confidence speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day
* Previous experience in customer service, administration or a contact centre environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* A positive, resilient and professional approach
* The ability to remain calm and focused while managing multiple enquiries Training & Development
We want you to succeed from day one. You'll receive a structured 1-2 week accredited training programme, giving you the knowledge, tools and confidence needed to excel in the role.
