🔑 Key Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional manner
Managing front-of-house operations, including handling calls and emails
Coordinating meeting rooms, bookings, and office spaces
Supporting internal teams with workplace coordination tasks
Overseeing office supplies, facilities, and general upkeep
Ensuring the office environment remains organised, presentable, and efficient

Previous reception or front-of-house experience within a corporate environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask
A professional and polished presentation
