About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a £14 million commercial fit-out project. This is a flagship development requiring an individual with a proven track record of managing complex electrical packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
Working alongside the wider project team, you will take ownership of programme delivery, commercial performance, quality, health and safety, and client relationships to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full electrical package on a £14m commercial fit-out project.

Lead project planning, programming, procurement and delivery.
*
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour.
*
Monitor project progress against programme and budget.
*
Manage cost control, variations and commercial reporting.
*
Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and senior management.
*
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
*
Oversee quality assurance, commissioning and project handover.
*
Resolve technical issues and coordinate with consultants and the wider project team.
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager delivering large commercial projects.
*
Experience managing projects valued at £10m+.
*
Strong understanding of commercial fit-out and building services.
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project performance.
*
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and variations.
*
Knowledge of current electrical regulations and industry standards.
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications (preferred).
*
HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (desirable).
