Store Manager

The Role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the store, leading your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving commercial and operational targets.You will be a visible and inspiring leader, setting high standards across sales, service, operations and team development.As Store Manager, you will:
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain premium brand standards
Take ownership of store operations and ensure excellent retail standards
Analyse performance and make confident commercial decisions
Coach and develop your team to maximise individual and store performance
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Create a positive, engaging and accountable store culture
Ensure company policies, procedures and standards are consistently maintained

About You

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering commercial results.You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager
Experience within a fast-paced retail environment
Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to deliver against KPIs
Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills
A customer-first approach with high service standards
Confidence making commercial and operational decisions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
