How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

* Developing knowledge of aerospace regulations and approval frameworks
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Office of Airworthiness
* Building an understanding of Design Assurance and Systems Safety principles
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from graduates who are passionate about aerospace engineering and excited by the opportunity to develop a career within certification, compliance and airworthiness. Essential
* Degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related engineering discipline
* Strong interest in aerospace certification, compliance or airworthiness
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

* Hands-on experience within a highly regulated engineering environment
* Long-term career development and progression opportunities
* Competitive salary and benefits package
* Flexible working arrangements
* Collaborative and supportive engineering culture
* Opportunity to build specialist expertise within aerospace certification and compliance
Why Apply?
Few graduate opportunities provide exposure to the engineering, certification and regulatory processes that enable advanced aerospace systems to operate safely across military aircraft programmes worldwide.
This role offers the chance to learn from industry experts, work on real aerospace projects and develop a highly sought-after skillset within one of the most specialised disciplines in aerospace engineering. If you're looking to launch your engineering career with a globally recognised aerospace and defence organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
