Pay: £14 – £17 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: 24 – 30 per week (flexible within these parameters)
*Must have experience with SAGE 50*
We are flexible on hours, however, below is a rough guide:
Monday: 09:00 – 16:00 (longer hours due to our busiest day)
Thursday to Friday: 09:00 – 14:00
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our friendly team in Morley, LS27. This is a fully office-based role with flexible hours, designed to accommodate your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing 400 – 600 orders per week and managing payment allocations
Handling payroll, wages, and bank reconciliations
NEST pensions management and awareness of wages and tax codes
Checking customer payments on delivery and inputting payments (cash, direct debit, credit) into the system
Ensuring accurate bookkeeping records using SAGE 50
Requirements:
Proven experience with SAGE 50 (essential)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
No criminal convictions (a DBS check will be completed prior to employment)
