A leading Facilities Management provider is looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to support its team in Derbyshire. You’ll take responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day office operations while supporting administration, project documentation and communication across the wider business.

the role As the Office Manager, you’ll:

Coordinate the day-to-day running of the office and provide effective operational support
Manage administrative processes, documentation and general office requirements
Support the preparation, organisation and maintenance of project documentation
Work closely with different teams to ensure information is communicated effectively
Help streamline administrative processes and improve day-to-day efficiency
Coordinate priorities and ensure key tasks are completed accurately and on time
Maintain organised records and documentation
Provide wider administrative and project support when required about you To be successful as an Office Manager, you’ll bring:

Previous experience in an Office Manager, Senior Administrator, Office Coordinator or similar administrative role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident written and verbal communication skills
The ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a busy environment
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems
The ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments Previous experience within Facilities Management, engineering, construction or another operational environment would be advantageous.
