Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Inspire and motivate students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with Key Stage 5 opportunities available in some schools.
Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues, mentors, and wider school staff.
Fully engage with your ECT induction programme and professional development opportunities.What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS completion.
A degree and subject specialism relevant to secondary education.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
