7:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am – 12:30 pm Friday

  The Field Warranty Engineer will join our team, providing technical support, fault diagnosis, and warranty services across a range of pumping systems and water industry equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending customer sites, investigating warranty claims, carrying out repairs, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Job Description

Attend customer sites to investigate and resolve warranty-related issues.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on pumping systems and associated equipment.
Carry out repairs, maintenance, and component replacements as required.
Commission and test pumping stations, pump sets, and control equipment.
Produce detailed service and warranty reports following site visits.
Liaise with customers to provide technical advice and support.
Work closely with internal departments to manage warranty claims and corrective actions.
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
Identify recurring faults and recommend improvements to products and processes.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to a high standard           

Field Warranty Engineer

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Warranty Engineer, Service Technician, or Pump Engineer.
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
Experience working on pumps, pumping stations, water, wastewater, or related equipment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Knowledge of motors, control panels, inverters, and associated equipment.
Competent in using testing and diagnostic equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
