The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 pupil on a 1:1 basis at a welcoming primary school in Doncaster.
This rewarding role involves working closely with a pupil who requires additional support to access learning, build confidence, and develop positive relationships within the school environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping the pupil achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
The Role:
Providing tailored 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil with Special Educational Needs.
Supporting the pupil's learning, engagement, and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day.
Working collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to implement support strategies.
Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
Monitoring progress and contributing to pupil reviews where required.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN, either in a school or similar setting.
A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
