Maintenance Operative

Join a reliable onsite team that offers an ASAP start in Dundee.

You will:

Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks around the site
Identify and report maintenance issues, faults, and areas requiring attention
Complete basic repairs involving fixtures, fittings, doors, furniture, and equipment
Use a range of basic hand and power tools safely and correctly
Carry out routine checks and preventative maintenance tasks
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised
Support contractors and other onsite teams when required
Follow health and safety procedures and site instructions at all timesWhat you will need:

Previous experience as a Maintenance Operative, Maintenance Man, Handyman, or General Maintenance Worker is preferred
Good practical skills and the ability to carry out basic repairs
Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Able to identify problems and take a practical approach to resolving them
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Relevant maintenance or trade qualifications are beneficial but not essentialWhat's in it for you:

Salary: £22 to £22.50 per hour, depending on experience
