* Location: Leeds (LS3)
* Duration: 10 months
* Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Duties of an Administrator will include:
* Assist site team and other site administrator
* Greet visitors on site, sign visitors in and out
* Diary keeping and setting up meeting rooms
* Order stationary and cleaning products for the site office
* Maintain and update filing systems
* Recording documents (eg. delivery notes)
* Allocate mail and correspondence to the correct staff
* Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Requirements:
* MUST have construction site administration experience
* MUST have working reference
* MUST have the right to work in the UK
