Base Salary up to c£65,000 plus Bonus and Package

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing consumer products business with an impressive brand portfolio and ambitious plans for the future.
Leading a talented in-house team across graphic design, photography and image editing, copywriting and graduate marketing, you will bring structure, energy and momentum to a broad and varied marketing agenda.
The role spans both retail and trade channels, with exposure across:
• Brand development and campaign delivery
• Rapidly growing DTC and eCommerce activity
• Major retail customers and commercial partnerships
• Content, photography, design and copy
• PR, press and influencer engagement
• Exhibitions, trade shows and product launches
• Digital, social and wider customer communications
This is not a narrow or overly corporate marketing role. You will be close to the products, customers, commercial teams and business owners turning ideas into action and helping bring brands, projects and people to life.
We are looking for someone with a strong personality, plenty of initiative and the confidence to lead a creative team while remaining happy to get involved personally. You will enjoy variety, work at pace and be comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
