Lynx Employment Services has been connecting great people with great employers since 2001. Due to increased demand, we're looking for a Temporary Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our friendly, busy team in Sheffield.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll support our recruitment consultants by sourcing candidates, managing compliance, speaking to applicants and clients, and ensuring vacancies are filled quickly and efficiently.
### Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and screening candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies.
Advertising jobs across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
Conducting telephone interviews and candidate registrations.
Arranging interviews and booking candidates into assignments.
Processing references, right to work checks and DBS applications.
Maintaining accurate records on our recruitment database.
Liaising with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Providing general administration support to the recruitment team.
Assisting with compliance documentation and onboarding.
### About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous recruitment, resourcing or administration experience (preferred but not essential).
Is confident speaking to people on the telephone.
Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Can work at pace and manage multiple tasks.
Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Is proactive, positive and enjoys working as part of a team.
Delivers excellent customer service and communicates professionally.
