Are you already the person installers turn to for technical advice?
We're looking for an experienced Installation Support Engineer to join a growing supplier of access control and automation products.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone already providing technical support to installers, helping with product selection, installation queries, commissioning and fault finding.
The Role
Working as part of a friendly technical team, you'll become the go-to expert for a wide range of products, providing practical advice and solutions that keep customer projects moving.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting installers with technical and installation queries
Assisting with commissioning and product configuration
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
Advising on replacement parts and compatible products
About You
You'll already be working in a similar office-based technical support role and have experience supporting products such as:
Gate automation
Access control
Automatic doors
Roller shutters
Barriers and entrance systems
Similar electro-mechanical productsYou'll be confident speaking to engineers, understanding installation challenges and providing practical technical solutions.
