What You'll Do:
Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, manage expense claims, and prepare payment runs. 💳
Accounts Receivable: Monitor debtor accounts, ensure timely collections, and maintain customer credit limits. 📈
Banking & Reconciliations: Post daily bank transactions and perform credit card reconciliations.
General Ledger & Reporting: Assist with month-end close processes and prepare financial reports. 🗂️
Audits & Compliance: Maintain organized financial records and support audits.
Administrative Support: Handle general finance queries and assist with stock adjustments.
What We're Looking For:
A good standard of education (GCSEs in English and Maths).
Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is a plus!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 📊
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
