The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Project Co-ordinator - Network Migration Project
3 month contract (initially) - OUTSIDE IR35
Hybrid - London and other UK travel - 2/3 days per week
We are looking for an energised, self-starter who can join the project team to help manage and co-ordinate the low-level detail of a major network migration upgrade.
The services that are being upgraded include internet connections (circuits), firewalls, network switches, wireless access points, telephone handsets and the guest wireless captive portal.
Responsibilities:
Project support to support and co-ordinate the network upgrade roll out.
Ideally you will have some experience previously in a technical operations role or in a hospitality operations role and will be looking to move in to working on technology deployment projects.
Communications (emails and phone calls) with teams and delivery partners to coordinate logistics to schedule the migrations.
Manage compilation and issuing of technical documentation to third parties to facilitate the network migrations.
Attending and managing conference bridges for remotely managed network migrations.
Attending regular project calls with delivery partners; managing and closing out actions resulting from the calls.
Skills/attributes:
Attention to detail managing logistics, spreadsheets and clear communications.
High level knowledge of network infrastructure (advantageous but not essential).
Interest/knowledge of technology (hospitality/retail environment advantageous).
Willingness to travel within England and Scotland (ability to travel by car)
