We are recruiting for a Temporary Operations Assistant to join a busy and fast-paced organisation based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, coordination, or customer service experience who enjoys variety and can confidently support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the wider operations team
Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house duties
Handling calls, emails, and general enquiries
Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and databases
Supporting onboarding and general people administration
Assisting with operational projects and ad hoc tasks
Ensuring office facilities and shared spaces run smoothlyAbout You
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to get stuck in
Previous administration, operations, reception, or customer service experience is beneficialBenefits
