Job Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food to a high standard in a busy café environment.

Support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and menu delivery.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen area.

Work efficiently to meet customer demand during busy periods.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.

Manage kitchen tasks independently when required.

Work collaboratively with the wider café team.

Person Specification

Previous experience in a chef, kitchen, or food preparation role.

Ability to work in a fast-paced café or catering environment.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team.

Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
