We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Wrexham. This temporary role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling to suit your availability. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and cross-check property information using online databases
Compare internal records with external sources
Identify and flag any inconsistencies or mismatches
Maintain accurate documentation of findings
Support data validation and compliance efforts
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
