In the Digital Marketing Officer role, you will be:
Developing and delivering engaging CRM, email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Creating targeted and personalised content for different audiences and stages of the customer journey.
Using CRM systems and analytics to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Writing, editing and proofreading high-quality digital marketing content.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns and projects.
Managing multiple campaigns and priorities, ensuring activity is delivered accurately, on time and in line with relevant requirements.
To be successful in the Digital Marketing Officer role, you will need:
Previous experience in a digital marketing role, with strong CRM and email marketing experience.
Knowledge of email marketing, customer journeys, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
Experience using CRM systems and analytics to measure and improve campaign performance.
Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A creative, proactive and adaptable approach; experience within the education sector or with website analytics would be advantageous.
Based in Wexham, this is a full-time temporary role initially until 11 October 2026, with the possibility of extension. Working Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am–4:30pm on Fridays. In exchange you will receive an hourly pay rate of up to £25 DOE, plus holiday pay whilst on assignment, on-site parking and a location that is easily accessible by public transport.
