Key Responsibilities

Carry out detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products in line with company and industry standards
*
Use a range of manual measuring equipment alongside CMM, 3D scanning, and measuring arm technology
*
Analyse inspection data and produce reports to identify trends and support corrective actions
*
Monitor scrap levels and support continuous improvement initiatives
*
Work closely with production to maintain workflow and component quality
*
Produce First Article Inspection (FAI) reports to customer specifications
*
Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures
*
Support internal audits and external inspections when required
Requirements
*
Previous experience in a quality inspection or quality assurance role within manufacturing
*
Strong understanding of technical drawings and 3D models
*
Experience operating a CMM
*
Confident using manual measuring equipment
*
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
*
Positive, proactive attitude with a team-focused approach
*
Background in precision engineering or similar environment is advantageous
