Key Responsibilities:
Support children with a range of SEN needs in 1:1 and group settings.
Assist with the implementation of personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo.
Encourage inclusion, independence, and engagement among pupils
Adapt learning materials and activities to suit individual needs
Collaborate with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progressCandidate Requirements:
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic graduate with a genuine interest in SEN
Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach
