The Role
*
Build relationships with existing business customers over the phone.
*
Take customer orders while identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and promotions.
*
Proactively contact customers to maximise sales and increase order values.
*
Recommend new products and help customers get the most from the range available.
*
Analyse customer buying patterns to identify sales opportunities and win repeat business.
*
Resolve customer queries professionally while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
*
Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs in a supportive, team-focused environment.
What we're looking for

Previous experience in telesales, internal sales, sales executive or business development.
*
A confident and engaging telephone manner.

A genuine passion for sales and building customer relationships.

Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
