The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Escape Recruitment is working with an established and highly respected manufacturing organisation seeking a Product Developer to join their development team on a fixed-term basis.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of product development projects from concept through to launch, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative and commercially viable products.
The successful candidate will join a busy and collaborative development function and will play a key role in managing customer-driven projects, supporting product submissions, coordinating cross-functional activity and helping bring new products to market.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage development projects from concept through to launch
* Work closely with procurement, commercial, process and operational teams
* Source new ingredients and materials
* Support product costing and feasibility activities
* Prepare products and documentation for customer submissions
* Coordinate development activity throughout the product lifecycle
* Benchmark competitor products and monitor market trends
* Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience within Product Development, NPD or Development Technology
* Experience within a food manufacturing environment
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial awareness and attention to detail
