The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are looking to recruit a Construction Site Trainer to join us covering our regions in the North & Scotland. The Construction Site Trainer role will support the training and development of our Production and Site teams across Miller Homes, delivering and designing training that spans compliance, technical capability, and personal development. By enhancing both the technical expertise and broader skillsets of our teams, this role will contribute directly to improving build quality, operational consistency, and customer satisfaction across the business
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create, develop, and maintain high-quality training programmes for Miller Homes Production and Site teams, ensuring compliance and competency requirements are consistently met.
* Deliver induction training modules at designated hub locations for new and existing Production and Site staff.
* Organise and manage key training programmes, including site management development initiatives and Production and Site focused modules.
* Conduct site visits to coach and support learners in their working environment, ensuring learning is embedded into day-to-day practice.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programmes across the full learning cycle.
* Experience delivering structured training within Construction Site Management.
* Self-sufficient and highly motivated, with excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
