We're currently recruiting for a Dispatch Administrator to join a busy manufacturing and distribution environment on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring operations run smoothly.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will play a key role in the dispatch function, helping to ensure products are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the dispatch and transportation of goods to customers.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered within agreed timescales.
Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
Produce regular reports and analyse dispatch-related information.
Process and check transport invoices and associated paperwork.
Support wider operational and administrative reporting activities.
Liaise with internal departments and external transport partners to ensure efficient service delivery.
Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within an administration role
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive and reliable approach to work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience within dispatch, logistics, transport, warehouse or manufacturing environments would be highly advantageous.
Experience with Microsoft Office Package is also an advantageWhat's on Offer
