The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in London and Epsom.
This is a varied consultancy role involving a broad range of pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across residential, mixed-use, affordable housing, prime and super-prime developments.
Responsibilities will include:

Cost planning and feasibility estimates

Procurement and tendering

Preparing tender and contract documentation

Interim valuations and payment recommendations

Variations, cost reporting and cash-flow forecasting

Final account negotiations
*
Advising clients on commercial and contractual matters

Managing client relationships and project instructions
*
Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
The role offers clear progression towards Associate Director and Director level.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a commercially aware and client-focused Quantity Surveyor with strong consultancy experience.
You should be confident managing projects, advising clients and delivering accurate, high-quality work across a varied portfolio.
Experience in residential, high-end refurbishment, mixed-use or development projects would be particularly beneficial.
Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related RICS-accredited discipline

MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
