This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, processes, accuracy, and problem-solving, and is looking to develop their career within compliance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with AML, CTF, and compliance audits, recording outcomes and monitoring corrective actions
Maintaining compliance records, spreadsheets, and risk registers
Supporting file review processes and ensuring actions are completed within deadlines
Running reports and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance procedures are followed
Assisting with audit preparation, including Lexcel, CQS, and SRA requirements
Supporting onboarding queries and document verification checks
Providing administrative support for compliance training initiatives
Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments to support the smooth running of the compliance function
Undertaking general administrative duties as required
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience supporting a compliance or risk team
An interest in technology and AI
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
