Cat B Shell & Core Project Skills and Requirements:
Valid management CSCS card
SMSTS, First Aid and Fire Marshall Qualification
Proven experience as a site manager on a similar type of project
Cat A & B Fit Out Experience - Desirable
H&S Management experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Well-rounded knowledge of the construction sector.
