How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

    Contract: Permanent

    Location: City of London

    4 Days in office, with flexibility on Hybrid set up.

    We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, proactive and highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a Managing Director within a fast-paced financial services environment.

    You will provide dedicated support to a senior executive with a demanding schedule and extensive internal and external commitments. The role will involve managing a complex diary, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing meeting materials and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

    Working alongside the wider Executive Office, you will also support key meetings, events, communications and business priorities. The role requires excellent organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing demands while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage a complex and constantly changing diary
    Coordinate domestic and international travel and itineraries
    Arrange meetings and prepare agendas, papers and presentations
    Manage expenses, invoices and corporate card processes
    Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and other PAs
    Support the wider Executive Office with meetings, events and business priorities
    Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionAbout You

    Strong experience supporting a senior executive at EA/PA level
    Excellent complex diary and travel management skills
    Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
    Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
